A couple of years ago my husband and I started making our own broths (a delicious duck broth is in the fridge right now). They are heavenly. Try leaving the fat in. Enjoy.

So many things to say–A: how beautiful your home looks; B: how DELECTABLE you food looks; C: LOVE your menu, and i really could go on and on. You guys sure know how to do it. Love the whole concept–so much sharing of fun and food and all in the spirit of charity!!! it makes so much sense!!! Really wish we could attend…you know i love food–the eating of it, the preparing of it and the talking about it. Can’t wait to see photos of the next one. (Photos are fantastic, btw.)

Good luck! Would love to send you a copy but it’s out of print. The book came out some years ago, and it had a fake beard on the cover. Kids could take it out and play with, Sadly it is now out of print. But hope you find one. I loved the work of the illustrator, Marc Rosenthal.
