Ditto to Mark's message above! But I'm no professional. My writing is better than my guitar playing, and I've been writing on music, nostalgia, etc., for 40-plus years. Hope you receive today's column, which I'm going to send momentarily. It's in the Beaumont Enterprise, a daily in Southeast Texas, circulation 100,000 or so. Beaumont is 90 miles east of Houston. Love your book on guitars and will send copies to friends. Also, I'm ordering your other books. You have a new fan in Texas! Got my mojo workin'!

David, just read "Guitars acopMojo". LOVED IT. Couldn't put it down. I'm a professional guitarist of 20 some years, player of 31, and all around trivia nut, and I wanted to thank you for expanding my base of knowledge about the instrument. Quite a few myths were debunked, misconceptions cleared up. Liked how you went deep into the history, and paid attention to so many of the new up and coming luthiers.

I was checking out the design of your website, and in the process, discovered that you created two products which I love!

I love your Little Zen Companion. And every year for Christmas, I buy two copies of your Zen Page-A-Day calendar. One calendar is for my dad who lives in a retirement community in the Midwest, and one is for myself, on the West Coast. We work our way through the year, one wonderful Zen page a day, and always know that we're sharing a common inspiring thought that day, whether we're sharing a phone conversation or not. It's a way to "share common ground" across the miles.

Thanks for the wonderful work you do!
